National Council is the governing body of the Party between conferences and meets quarterly. In addition to hearing reports from National Office Bearers, Council also has the power to make policy. Council is made up of one delegate from each Branch, two delegates from each Constituency Association, representatives of parliamentary groups and affiliated organisations, and thirty Members elected by Annual National Conference. |
